Terms of Service

1. Agreement and seller identity

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Luminiosa U.S. storefront, Shopify checkout, customer account, and related services that link to these Terms. They also govern orders placed through those services.

The seller is LumiShop LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating the Luminiosa brand. In these Terms, “Luminiosa,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean LumiShop LLC. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least the age of legal majority where you live and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. The U.S. store is intended for lawful personal and household purchases. Resale, export, bulk purchasing, automated purchasing, fraud, interference with the Services, unauthorized access, and unlawful use are prohibited.

3. Products and product information

We try to describe products, package contents, availability, colors, images, and prices accurately. Displays and product appearance may vary by device, and we may correct a genuine error or update product information.

Read and follow the instructions, labels, warnings, contraindications, and care information supplied with each product. Results and individual experiences vary. Luminiosa products and website content are not a substitute for professional medical advice and are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Ask a qualified clinician if you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for you.

4. Prices, taxes, discounts, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown before payment. A promotion or discount is subject to its published terms and may be changed or ended as allowed by law. Discounts cannot be combined unless we say otherwise.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted at checkout for the order total. We may use fraud-prevention and payment-verification services and may ask for reasonable information needed to verify an order.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, subject to successful payment and fraud checks. We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment for a genuine pricing or listing error, unavailable inventory, failed or suspicious payment, suspected fraud or abuse, an unsupported address, legal or safety restrictions, or a prohibited resale or export purpose.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method. We may limit quantities per person, household, payment method, or address when reasonably needed to protect inventory or prevent abuse.

6. Cancellations

You may request cancellation until an item is fulfilled. A request is not complete until we confirm it. Because fulfillment may begin quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order enters processing. If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, the Return and Refund Policy applies after delivery.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping availability, the address-specific delivery estimate, and the final shipping rate appear at checkout. Free standard shipping applies to eligible merchandise totals of $75 or more after discounts. Eligible orders below $75 use the current $5.95 standard rate.

Orders are fulfilled by a third-party logistics partner and may ship from Hong Kong. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Review the Shipping Policy for processing, tracking, service-area, delay, address, and international-fulfillment details.

8. Returns, refunds, and damaged products

The Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Eligible direct PulseRelief X purchases have a 30-day post-delivery return-request period. For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer pays trackable return postage, no restocking fee applies, the required device and reusable components must be returned, package and consumable rules apply, and original outbound shipping is not refunded unless required by law.

Wrong, damaged, defective, leaking, contaminated, or safety-related products follow the separate correction and safety process described in the Return and Refund Policy. Do not send any product back without authorization.

9. PulseRelief X limited warranty

Eligible PulseRelief X hardware is covered only under the separate PulseRelief X One-Year Limited Warranty. That document states who and what is covered, the one-year period, exclusions, claim process, available remedies, shipping treatment, and legal rights. The warranty is available for review before purchase and is separate from the 30-day return policy.

10. Accounts and communications

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for information submitted through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may send transactional messages needed to process and support your order. Marketing messages are governed by your choices and applicable law, and you may unsubscribe using the method in the message.

11. Reviews and content you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as reviews, photos, or feedback. By submitting it to a public review or promotional feature, you grant LumiShop LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, translate, display, and distribute that content for operating, improving, and promoting Luminiosa, subject to applicable privacy law and the choices presented when you submit it.

Do not submit content that is false, unlawful, infringing, threatening, abusive, deceptive, or contains another person's confidential or personal information without permission. We may moderate or remove content where allowed by law, but we do not promise to review every submission.

12. Intellectual property

The Luminiosa name, product names, logos, site design, text, images, video, graphics, software, and other content are owned by LumiShop LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services for personal shopping and product use. No other license is granted. Do not copy, sell, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse content except where the law allows or we give written permission.

13. Third-party services and links

The Services use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply when they act independently. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services we do not control.

14. Shopify processing

Our store and checkout are hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit and purchase, including to provide and improve commerce, security, fraud prevention, analytics, personalization, and other services. Depending on enabled features, those services may use information from interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify. Information may be processed by Shopify and other providers in the United States or other countries. Review our Privacy Policy and the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

15. Service availability and disclaimers

We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Services and site content are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms disclaims or limits the PulseRelief X One-Year Limited Warranty, any implied warranty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed or limited, or any other nonwaivable consumer right.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LumiShop LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including lost profits or lost data.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable liability for personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, product liability, breach of an express written warranty, or violation of a nonwaivable consumer right. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of this section may not apply to you.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

18. Severability, waiver, and assignment

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign an order or these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business.

19. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, products, policies, providers, or applicable law. The current version and effective date will appear here. Changes apply prospectively unless the law allows otherwise.
